Prescriptions

You don’t ingest these elixirs. But you can write on them, with them, or stare at them (as you slowly shed your procrastination) on your way to doing.

Water Works

Being the list-obsessed person that I am I have created a reusable static cling that can be applied to my glass. Over the course of the day as each cup is gulped down it's checked off using a trusty dry erase marker. The next day equals a reset, with an easily cleaned new starting list. Purchase here.

This. That. Then Some.

Manage the madness. Isolate the thing that just needs to be done, whether it leads to a great reward or its the easiest path to peace of mind. Then compartmentalize the rest.

Journal of Doing

Keep track of your daily doing (or to-do's) with this pocket sized notebook. Front and back artwork were created by me, and printed by the good folks at Scout Books. Interior is grid paper and there are 32 pages. Overall size measures 3.5" x 5".

Way to Bee!

A loyalty card you give to yourself. The best reward — good feelings the easiest way possible.

12 Steps Pencils

OK, so only four steps are represented, but they're the most important ones.

If I Must List.

But I don’t want to do it. You must.

Download this four-up PDF and print on standard letter paper. Cut it up. Write down that visit to the mechanic or that colonoscopy you’ve been putting off. Summon some strength. Do the thing. You got this.
